01 / WHAT WE CHECK AND WHY
Compliance with technical documentation.
Checking the finished part.
Dimensions matter during assembly. Functionality matters in service. That is why we assess quality requirements against the drawing, material and application of the part.
- 01 / BEFORE MANUFACTURE
Drawing or sample review
We define the part geometry and manufacturing requirements. Technical documentation or an existing component provides the basis for agreeing the scope of work.
- 02 / MATERIAL AND PROCESS
Selection for the application
We agree the material grade and machining method, taking into account the component’s intended use and the requirements in the supplied documentation.
- 03 / DIMENSIONAL INSPECTION
Checking dimensions
Our in-house quality control checks the dimensions of manufactured parts against the agreed requirements. This forms the basis for assessing conformity of the part geometry.
- 04 / FUNCTIONAL INSPECTION
Checking functionality
We check that components function correctly. During reconditioning, we also carry out operational tests and, where appropriate to the component’s design, leak tests.

02 / MEASUREMENT AND GEOMETRY

Conformity with requirements.
Dimensional inspection checks the geometry of the finished component against the drawing requirements. Checking dimensions, holes and mating surfaces is essential for correct assembly.

We have specialised in copper and copper alloy products since 1990. Our technical team combines materials knowledge with machining experience and an understanding of component applications.
