METALCON specialises in manufacturing components made from copper, copper alloys and other non-ferrous materials. Our many years of experience and advanced production facilities allow us to supply welding machine electrodes tailored to the needs of the most demanding industries. Welding machine electrodes account for a significant part of our production and are used in the automotive and power industries, household appliance manufacturing and the production of central heating radiators.

Our range includes various types of welding electrodes, including electrodes for spot, seam and projection welding, as well as specialist electrodes for specific applications such as chain welding. From the outset, the company has focused on manufacturing products from copper and precipitation-hardened copper alloys used in many industries, particularly in resistance welding processes.

As a manufacturer of electrodes, electrode holders and welding machine arms, we have supplied companies in the automotive, metalworking and power industries for many years.

We use materials from proven European suppliers of copper alloys in our production. We are the exclusive distributor in Poland of electrode caps from LUVATA SPECIAL PRODUCTS, a Group Company of MITSUBISHI MATERIALS.
