01 / MANUFACTUREFrom material to part
IN-HOUSE MACHINERY

We manufacture
at our own plant.

Our in-house machinery allows us to combine process planning and part manufacture at one site. We have CNC machine tools, lathes, milling machines and facilities for metal forming and heat treatment.

We select the manufacturing method to suit the material, component geometry and order requirements. Direct oversight of production makes technical coordination and changes easier.

Our manufacturing engineers have worked with resistance welding electrodes and components for many years. Their knowledge of materials, design and operating conditions allows them to develop solutions for specific applications.

We fulfil orders in accordance with customer documentation and also develop our own technical documentation based on supplied samples and requirements. We translate agreed technical details into the manufacturing method for the finished component.
