PRODUCT RANGE / SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCT SALES

Semi-finished products

We supply ready-made copper semi-finished products: bars and flat bars for further machining and industrial applications. Enquire about grade, cross-section, length and quantity required. We also manufacture semi-finished products to individual requirements.

SUPPLY AND MANUFACTURE

Semi-finished products and other copper products

Another area of our production is copper semi-finished products, which we also manufacture in non-standard cross-sections using hot forging. After forging, the semi-finished products undergo heat treatment to achieve optimal technical properties such as hardness and electrical conductivity. The final stage is precision machining to obtain the dimensions required by the customer.

We also offer a wide range of spare parts and components for welding machines, including current bridges and connectors, replaceable tapered tips for electrode holders, copper modules and flanged mounts for wheel electrodes used in seam welding. We also manufacture welding machine plates, both brass plates (known as tables) and aluminium plates for use in welding fixtures.

Materials used to manufacture copper products

All our copper products are manufactured according to the drawings and material specifications supplied by the customer. If the customer has no documentation, we prepare it ourselves based on the component samples provided.

Our main raw materials are copper and copper alloys, classified according to physical properties such as hardness and electrical conductivity:

  • Group A1 – pure electrolytic copper (Cu-ETP, Cu-HCP), with very high conductivity and low hardness. Used for current connectors and components that are not mechanically loaded.
  • Group A2 – copper alloys (CuCr1, CuCr1Zr, CuZr) offering high hardness and good conductivity. Used, for example, for electrodes, electrode holders and welding gun arms.
  • Group A3 – copper alloys with the highest hardness and lowest conductivity (CuCo2Be, CuNi2Si, CuCoNiBe). Used for the most heavily loaded welding machine components.

Copper products incorporating brass and bronze

In addition to standard copper materials, we also use copper alloys, including brass and bronze. We mainly use brass for welding fixture bases and various types of welding gun arms. Bronze is used where additional mechanical properties or corrosion resistance are required.

With a wide range of materials, extensive experience and modern production facilities, we can fulfil even the most demanding orders for the machining and manufacture of copper products. Our flexible approach to customer needs and comprehensive quality control at every stage of production have earned us the trust of hundreds of companies across many industrial sectors.

What do we need for a quotation?
